Sustainable Production Systems

At the heart of Farmer Globale’s work is a belief that sustainable agriculture must be both commercially viable and people-centered. We run a portfolio of production projects that blend innovation with inclusion, operating our own commercial farms as hubs for learning, demonstration, and quality assurance. Alongside these, we work through structured contract-farming arrangements and inclusive out-grower and in-grower schemes that integrate smallholder farmers into reliable, market-ready value chains.

Across all production models, we promote climate-smart practices such as Alternate Wetting & Drying (AWD) for rice, supported by mechanization, extension services, and technical guidance. Our systems are designed to meet certification standards and uphold strict food-safety requirements, ensuring that productivity gains translate into trusted, high-quality outputs for the market while keeping farmers firmly at the center of the process.
