Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Manager

Job Summary:
The M&E Manager will oversee the monitoring and evaluation framework for Farmer Globale’s programs, ensuring that progress is effectively tracked and reported. This role will be responsible for data collection, impact assessment, and reporting on the results of partnership programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement M&E frameworks and tools to track project performance and outcomes.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to assess the impact of project activities.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure that data collection is accurate, timely, and aligned with project goals.
• Prepare periodic M&E reports for internal use and donor reporting.
• Provide technical guidance and training to field staff on M&E best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E roles within development projects.
• Expertise in data collection, analysis, and impact evaluation methodologies.
• Proficiency in M&E software (e.g., SPSS, STATA, or other relevant platforms).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with agricultural or rural development programs.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
