Access to inputs remains a critical constraint to productivity. Farmer Globale addresses this through embedded input financing models that are fully integrated into our outgrower systems.

To date, we have supported over 5,000 farmers with access to input finance, enabling them to procure seeds, fertilizers, and mechanization services at the right time and scale. These models are structured with repayment through offtake arrangements, reducing default risk while improving productivity outcomes.

By leveraging farmer data, production records, and structured aggregation systems, we are actively promoting the bankability of smallholder farmers—unlocking opportunities for financial institutions and impact investors to engage confidently in agricultural financing.

INTEGRATED PRODUCTION & VALUE CREATION

Farmer Globale operates end-to-end production and value creation systems that link sustainable farming directly to processing, branding, and markets. We manage a diverse portfolio of production projects through our own commercial farms, structured contract-farming arrangements, and inclusive out-grower and in-grower schemes. This allows us to combine scale, quality control, and farmer inclusion within a single operating model.

Processing and Value Addition

Our production systems are underpinned by climate-smart practices, including Alternate Wetting & Drying (AWD) for rice, supported by mechanization services and continuous extension support. We integrate certification requirements and food safety standards into farm-level operations, ensuring that quality is managed from the field through to final output.

Commitment to Food Safety

Value creation continues through modern processing and quality management systems that transform raw produce into market-ready products. A flagship outcome of this integrated approach is Jenisse Rice, our certified rice brand, produced through a combination of output from Farmer Globale’s own farms and trusted out-grower networks. By linking production directly to processing and branding, we ensure consistency, traceability, and improved incomes for participating farmers.
