When Susan Adabra, a young farmer from Adukope in the Ho Municipality, received her startup kit through the Youth Elevate Project, she embraced a simple yet powerful belief — “Every seed counts.”

With determination and purpose, Susan cultivated one acre of groundnut and one acre of rice, channeling her energy, effort, and hope into the land. What began as a modest beginning has flourished into a story of resilience, empowerment, and transformation.
Through the Youth Elevate Project, implemented by Farmer Globale in partnership with the Kosmos Innovation Center (KIC), young farmers like Susan are being equipped with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to build sustainable agribusinesses and secure meaningful livelihoods.
Susan’s success underscores a fundamental truth — when youth are supported with the right opportunities, they don’t just grow crops; they grow futures.
At Farmer Globale, we remain committed to creating pathways for Ghana’s young agripreneurs to thrive — empowering them to turn dreams into harvests and shaping a more resilient, sustainable agricultural future for all.
